We could have hired an actor, but we are not in the movie business.

We could have engaged a scriptwriter to ensure we asked 'all the important questions', but we are not an advertising agency. Naming names would have been more dramatic, but as watchmakers we are trained fix problems, not to make them worse.

Yes, it could perhaps have been more exciting, faster, eye-catching and entertaining. Instead we decided to do the only thing we could: -to turn the other cheek and tell it as it is :
